Legacy White Oak Paneling Grounds This Industrial-Inspired Workplace

Located near the railroads and warehouses of Denver’s RiNo Arts District, Steel House stands as a striking fusion of industrial heritage and contemporary design. Completed in 2025, this modern office building emphasizes a warm, biophilic environment shaped by natural materials and layered greenery. White oak wood, exposed structural elements, and tactile surfaces soften the building’s industrial frame, creating a grounded and inviting workplace.

Steel House offers a robust suite of wellness amenities centered around a 13,000-square-foot elevated park that acts as the building’s green heart. This outdoor landscape is paired with fitness and movement spaces, social lounges, and flexible areas designed to support both active use and quiet restoration throughout the workday. Generous connections between interior environments and outdoor terraces ensure that access to light, air, and vegetation is constant and intuitive.
