Designed by HOK, this expansive facility provides flexible lab space, open office floorpans and centralized gathering spaces perfect for encouraging connectivity and inspiration.

Stout’s Legacy White Washed wood paneling provides a natural, yet soft backdrop to some of the communal meeting spaces. The dreamy reclaimed wood wall paneling adds a natural element with an uplifted effect.

The design is LEED-CI Platinum certification, and includes low-emitting materials, reclaimed wood, optimized lighting and lighting controls, energy-efficient appliances, water-efficient fixtures and a high-efficiency HVAC system.
